4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and payment gateways as displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without written permission

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our UAE-based fulfillment center.

  • UAE: 0–1 business day delivery (in most cases)
  • GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Subscription Orders (60-Day Guarantee)

  • Refund request within 60 days of delivery
  • One opened container allowed
  • Applies only to the first subscription order

One-Time Purchases (30-Day Return Policy)

  • Return request within 30 days of delivery

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original product
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved
    We will provide a discount code for your replacement purchase.
