Order Cancellation

Returns Policy

For Subscription Orders (60-Day Guarantee)

If you are enrolled in a subscription, you are eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order.

  • You may request a refund within 60 days of delivery
  • One opened container is acceptable
  • Applies only to the first subscription order

For One-Time Purchases (30-Day Return Policy)

We offer a 30-day return window  for all non-subscription orders.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original product after approval
  • Place a new order

We may provide a discount code  for your replacement purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
