If you are enrolled in a monthly subscription, you are eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee.
- You may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your first subscription order
- The guarantee applies for any reason
- One opened container is eligible under this policy
- This guarantee applies only to the first subscription order

30-Day Return Policy (Non-Subscribers)
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-subscription purchases, starting from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Address
The return address will be shared after your return request has been approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aveonblue.ae, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original product after approval
- Place a new order
We may provide a discount code for your replacement purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection within 3–5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened products (except under the 60-day subscription guarantee)
- Items returned without prior approval
