If you are enrolled in a monthly subscription with Aveon Blue, you are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

This means:

  • You may request a refund within 60 days
  • The guarantee applies for any reason
  • One opened container is acceptable under this guarantee

Refunds under this policy apply only to the first subscription order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


30-Day Return Policy (Non-Subscribers)

We offer a 30-day return window for all non-subscription purchases, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original product
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved
    We will provide a discount code for your replacement purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Your bank may require additional time to post the funds
